A Bit Of Clarity To A Public Discrepancy, By Danielle Kauderer

My name is Danielle Kauderer and before I begin posting the story of my life, as my Husband Eleazar Kauderer has, I would like to publicly deal with a discrepancy about me on the Net.
As some may know, I am the President of MT Global, Inc. which happens to be a successful consultancy. I began the idea of consulting a few years ago, while I was without my husband. I looked at his years of success and realized that as his Executive assistant for many years, I learned how to approach a situation with candor and it did not hurt that I knew all of his Banking Contacts, Investment Bankers and Trade Financiers. If he can do it, be successful at it, and apparently leave at a whim, I had to take this expierience and make something of it.

The description of what I did with MT Global, Inc. will be in "My Life" but there is one issue I must touch upon. I recently contracted with a Company by the name of Notch Novelty, which I am very proud to say will be a long business relationship. Upon contracting, we assisted him in finding the right IR Firm for his needs. They did not last long, but one thing they did was cause a major discrepancy in a Press Release for the Company. Aside from the fact that they added my husband, who does not work for my Company, they wrote a "Great" unverified paragraph about me, that is clearly untrue. The paragraph is below:

"Danielle Kauderer, President, has over 7 years of experience in Real Estate, Public Relations & NASD Member Operations and holds Certifications and degrees in Real Estate, Entertainment Relations Corporate Finance and Architectural Design. She has assisted many companies Pre-IPO in their preparation for Underwriting and Financial matters in retrospect to their operations."

This is clearly misleading and erroneous information. For this and other reasons, the IR firm has been fired. I would love to have 7 years of Real-Estate experience, but I hold a Sales Associate License for under two years and it is with Lawyers Realty and Auction.
While I certainly appreciate the fact that the IR firm would like to make me look like a Real-Estate Buff, I am not. Licensed, I am , but not even close to 7 years. I do have plenty of experience in dealing with Pre-IPO's, the preparation of their documents and financial matters in retrospect to their operations, since I was Eleazar Kauderer's Executive Assistant and dealt with his crap for the last ten years, but 7 years in Real-Estate in completely and utterly untrue.
And while I appreciate being an "architect," I attended Sheffield for Interior Design.

I attended CW Post for Communications and of course attended Scheffield School of Interior Design. These are not untrue. But something as simple as a Public discrepancy has caused my Husband some undue headache, and I am not willingly to sit silently while this error sits publicly announced.Regards and I will see you in "My Life, By Danielle Kauderer.
